Serious road crash in the South-east
Police are investigating the circumstances of a two car crash which happened last night on the Riddoch Highway (also referred to as Bay Road).
At about 10.10pm, a utility driven by a 35-year-old man from Mount Gambier and a 4WD driven by a 30-year-old man from the Mount Gambier area, crashed when the utility exited a hotel car park to travel on the Highway.
The driver of the 4WD and three occupants of the utility, which included two girls aged 9 and 6 were admitted to hospital.
Sadly, the 6-year-old girl was medevac'd to the Womens and Childrens Hospital from the scene with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
