The Elizabeth Grove man was arrested on Tuesday and appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court yesterday.
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 4 April.

Woman armed with scissors robs store
Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at Smokemart on Tapleys Hill Road, Seaton.
At about 2.30am on Thursday 10 May, a young woman entered the store armed with scissors, threatened the staff member and stole cash.
